Paris 3 Marais - Offices for rent
Offices for rent in the Marais. Deskeo offers tailor-made offices in the Hôtel Beaubrun at 19 rue Michel le Comte (Paris 3). Former private mansion dating from the 17th century, this independent building of 3,200 m² is made up of three separate buildings. All overlooking a private paved courtyard and an interior garden which houses works of art and an overflow basin.
This building was completely renovated in 2013. Today, it combines contemporary and historic architecture of the place. Massive moldings, fireplaces and parquet floors stand alongside modern works of art and lighting. The majestic and spacious tone is reinforced by large windows and a very high ceiling.
Each space offers a unique architecture with its own specificities. Some parts are inspired by a Haussmann style. On the contrary, others have a more modern touch, notably with rounded windows and glass partitions. This building has separate entrances and independent parts. The tenant companies will thus have totally dedicated areas, with access control.
Deskeo offers three separate spaces within this building:
- Left wing: 1,800 m² (120 to 200 seats)
- Central section - 1st floor: 600 m² (35 to 55 workstations)
- Right wing: 300 m² (20 to 40 seats)
The ground floor also houses magnificent meeting rooms. Phonebooths, sofas, designer furniture, works of art, etc. These fully furnished rooms are available for event rentals, if you wish to rent a meeting room in the Marais. p>
